<li>Panaskan sedikit minyak. Tumis semua bahan kisar sehingga terbit minyak.</li>
<li>Masukkan serai dan daging ayam dan kemudian gaul rata hingga ayam kelihatan layu atau berubah warna.</li>
<li>Tambahkan air, garam / gula / perasa pilihan.</li>
<li>Tutup kuali rapat-rapat.</li>
<li>Kacau sekali-sekala untuk memastikan daging ayam tidak hangus kekeringan atau hancur.</li>
<li>Apabila kuah kering (jika suka kuahnya tak perlu masak sampai kering), dan ayam empuk, matikan api.</li>

<li>Campur telur, gula dan air kelapa...pukul sampai kembang..warna agak putih.</li>
<li>Ambil dalam sepuluh senduk...campurkan tepung sedikit2...jngan terlalu keras jngan terlalu cair..agak mcm adunan kek marble tu ya.</li>
<li>Panaskan acuan bahulu...suhu 220 darjah...selama 10 minit..masukkan adunan tadi 3/4 acuan ...bakar hingga warna kekuningan atau hingga masak.</li>
<li>Adunan telur tadi hendaklah sentiasa di pukul...lepas tu baru ambil lagi dan campurkan tepung sedikit2.</li>

Tapi siyes semalam memang GD dah lupa dengan kemahuan yang satu ni.. sebab selalunaya dah pegi GIANT, TESCO, AEON BIG atau ECONSAVE (yg paling selalu) tapi tetap terlupa sampai semalam pun.<br />
Bila kawan share lagi baru teringat semula. begitulah GD hari2.. maybe faktor usia kot.. maapkan diri sendiri dan sentiasa harus sedar diri... kikiki..<br />

Malam tadi g AEON date ngan en Hubby.. gitu lah kekdahnya semenjak miss Gya makin meningkat dewasa ni. x mo dia ngekor dah.. maka berdatinglah GD selalu dengan en Hubby dikala usia belum berapa kertu ni.. nak buat macam mana.. lumrah kehidupan.. gitulah.. wahh!!! menceceh pulak..<br />

Lepas selorong demi selorong kami tawaf dalam tu, memang siyes x hingat pun.. tetiba tertoleh ke buah labu yg berkilat je.. cam cantik jer.. cam comel jer.. (lupa snap gambar) dan GD percaya yg tu pun sure ada time nak raya cina juga.. g dekat dan tgk.. mcm x pernah tgk kan!!!!.. memang pun. dongak sikit.. makk aii setimbun itu buah... bling!!!! baru teringat.. cepat ambik pestik dan kutip le.. camane nak pilih??? ntah sambil jongket bahu.."buah ape ni??? beli nak wat ape?? ni cina je lah yg makan".. banyak tul soklan en hubby.. sorang anti cina tu dengan baik hati terangkan.. tq anti.. so kesimpulannya.. Lemak2 cam tu rasanya. diingatkan jgn buh byk garam..satunya faktor kesihatan. duanya... kang masin sgt lah pulak sebab buahni memang dah original lemaknya..lain orang lain kesukaannya.. so ikut lah kehendak masing2.. yang penting inilah pestime GD dan seisi rumahni merasanya...</div>

<li>masuk mentega cair dan putar sikit je sehingga sebati.</li>
<li>Dibakar dengan suhu 150 drjh celcius sehingga msk... jgn lupa tuk sapukan loyang dgn mentega dan juga di taur dengan tepung.</li>
<li>Setelah msk potong di tengah2 kek sehingga menjadi 2 bahagian. Kalau xmahir bab potong2 ni boleh la di bakar dlm 2 acuan yg berbeza...</li>
<li>Sapukan krim cheese di atas separuh kek tadi, kemudian letakkan bahagian kedua di atasnya.</li>
<li>Sapukan lebihan krim cheese sehingga menutupi keseluruhan kek.</li>
<li>Akhir sekali, taburkan cheese yang telah di parut tadi di keseluruhan kek sehingga menjadi toppingnya.</li>
<li>Masukkan ke dalam peti ais, dan di sejukkan dalam 2 jam.</li>

<li>potong dadu keju (ketepikan), tepung n kentang digaul sebati,taburkan dgn serbuk lada..gaul sehingga sebati (kak chaq x gune air sebab ketang dh lembut) masukkan ayam kisar yg dh drebus tu jgn lupa garam 1 tbs.......uli sebati kemudian ambil adunan sbesar guli leperkan masukkan keju dn bulatkan.gaul dlm serbuk roti.</li>
<li>pecahkan telur dlm mangkuk..pukul sedikit,kemudian masukkan 2 or 3 sudu dlm pingan,golekkan adunan yg disalut dgn serbuk roti tadi.</li>
<li>golekkan semula dlm serbuk roti hingga betul2 tertutup adunan tadi..ulang sehingga habis adunan..dah siap blh goreng.</li>

<li>1 biji bawang besar ~ didadu</li>
<li>Sedikit hirisan kubis (kalau suka) x bubuh sebab x de.</li>
<li>Segengam ikan bilis ~ dikopek & dikisar kering </li>
<li>Garam secukup rasa (letak perencah nasi goreng ikan bilis seriaji)</li>
<li>Air panas mendidih secukupnya (mesti yang baru mendidih!)</li>

Cara menyediakan<br />

<li>Gaulkan tepong gandum bersama bawang dadu, hirisan kubis, ikan bilis kisar serta garam hingga rata.</li>
<li>Bila tepong bergaul rata, tolakkan sedikit tepong ke tepi bekas/besen yang digunakan & buatkan sedikit ruang kosong untuk menggaul tepong. Tuangkan air panas sikit demi sedikit di tepi bekas yg 'dikosongkan' tadi. Gaulkan air panas & tepong dengan cara menggaul sedikit demi sedikit (jangan gaul kesemuanya nanti tepong tak masak). Bila tepong masak & pekat.. tolak ketepi & tuang lagi air panas didih sedikit & gaul lagi bahagian tepong yang belum bergaul. Buat portion by portion sehingga semua tepong bergaul dengan air panas. Keadaan tepong akan jadi seakan2 doh ye.. (kalau pernah buat laksa homemade.. lebih kurang begitulah kaedah menggaulnya)</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak secukupnya. Basahkan sikit tangan anda dengan air bersih lalu jemput sedikit doh sambil dikepal2 & bulat2kan lalu gorenglah sebiji demi sebiji adunan/doh jemput2 tadi sehingga masak & agak garing. Untuk dapatkan gorengan yang cantik.. kena selalu balikkan jemput2 sehingga garing sekata.</li>

<li>Sediakan pengukus dan dulang untuk kukus ikan.</li>
<li>Ikan dibersihkan. kemudian lumur dengan garam terlebih dahulu. jgn banyak sangat nanti masin.</li>
<li>Lumur juga dengan sedikit tepung jagung.</li>
<li>Letak ikan dalam dulang dan alas ikan dengan serai yg telah diketuk.</li>
<li>Kemudian bubuh kesemua bahan atas ikan dan dan dalam perit ikan juga. (susun le cantik2)</li>
<li>lepastu baru perahkan limau nipis, dan sedikit sos ikan.</li>
<li>Buh lagi sikit garam dan serbuk perisa</li>
<li>Kalau nak berkuah, tambah le sikit air. Tapi GD x tambah air hanya air dari bahan2 dan ikan itu sendiri je.</li>
<li>Kemudian kukus le lebih kurang 15 ke 20 minit bergantung ikan tu besar atau kecil.</li>

<li>Masukkan semua tepung dan garam dalam bekas dan tuang air gula tadi sedikit demi sedikit sehingga sebati. Tambah air jika terasa bancuhan pekat. Kacau dengan whisk tangan dan pukul sedikit sehingga ia nampak berbuih buih sikit.</li>
<li>Perapkan selama minima 4 jam atau yang paling bagus, bancuh malam dan buat pagi esoknya.</li>
<li>Panaskan kuali (jangan guna kuali leper, ia harus kuali yang melengkung) dengan api sederhana sehingga betul-betul panas, tuangkan sesenduk bancuhan dan tunggu sehingga bahagian sudah masak baru di terbalikkan. Guna minyak sebanyak 3/4 cawan sahaja. Bila minyak berkurangan, tambah sikit lagi.</li>
<li>pastikan anda tos betul-betul kuih ini supaya ia tidak terlalu berminyak. Guna tisu masakan supaya lebihan minyak diserap.</li>

<li><span style="font-size: large;">Putih telur dipukul sehingga berbuih kemudian masuk gula dan pukul lagi sehingga gebu dan ringan. kemudian masuk pula <i>cream of tartar</i>. pukul lagi sehingga jadi <i>meringue</i> (terbalikkan x jatuh)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Pukul kuning telur sehingga kembang.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">masuk kuning telur tadi ke dalam periuk yg mengandungi adunan <i>cheese</i> tadi. kacau slow2.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Masuk tepung sikit-sikit dan kacau lagi hingga sebati.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Masuk pula 1/3 meringue td. kacau secara kaup balik. bila dah rata masuk kan semua baki <i>meringue</i> td dan kacau secara berhemah secara kaup balik sehingga rata/sebati.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: large;">Loyang dilapik dengan kertas minyak.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: lime; font-size: large;">GD sapukan tepi loyang dengan margerin kemudian taburkan dengan tepung jagung. </span></li>

Ayak tepung gandum dan gula halus. Gaul rata. Bubuh minyak sapi.. Adun sehingga menjadi doh yg lembut. Bentukkan bulat2 dan bubuh dlm paper cup. bakar suhu 140 dlm 17- 20 minit (ikot oven masing2) xperlu terlalu lama sbb tepung sudah disangai. Biskut memang cair di dalm mulut & gebu<br />
